During the implementation phase; delivery, setup, installation, fitting and training of equipment are all included in our service delivery process. Our company highly values the follow-up process in order to provide maintenance and troubleshooting as needed. We are committed to providing follow-along training and guidance to our patients and their families, caregivers and loved ones. We will all work collectively and collaboratively as a team to achieve success and improve our patient's level of functioning and enhance their overall quality of life.

Step 3: Continuous Research & Development
The constant progression of technology, devices and equipment is sometimes hard to keep up with. Our goal is to provide our patients with the most reliable, consistent and efficient tools to become successful. We pride ourselves on providing professional results to best meet the needs of our patients and their families.

Assistive technology reviews

"I can look in to see if he is on the couch, to see he's safe, see if he has locked the door, or see if he has taken his medications. It couldn't be easier."

"There is no way I could have gone back to work if it weren't for everything that was set up. There is no doubt about it.  The peace of mind that my husband is ok; that if something happens I can unlock the door and let 911 in, I can look if he hasn't had enough insulin and I could see if something were to happen."

"The technology aspect of it, I think it is wonderful. It's been well worth the money and I would do it 100 times over."
